About the St. Louis Jewish Film Festival
This Year's Film Festival is March 15-26, 2026!
Travel the world through film! The J’s St. Louis Jewish Film Festival showcases national and international cinema that explores universal issues through traditional Jewish values, opposing viewpoints, and new perspectives. Documentaries, feature-length and short films are presented during two weeks, with community engagement opportunities before and after each film, when available.
With more than 1,800 attendees, JFF delivers a vibrant mix of films that make audiences laugh, cry, and reconsider what it means to be human. Every genre, from documentary to romance, offers a fresh lens on the stories that shape us.
This year’s festival presents a dozen gripping selections that explore courage, conscience, and the stories that shape our collective memory. Here are three films that will especially resonate long after the credits roll: Elie Wiesel: Soul on Fire, Once Upon My Mother, and The Tasters.
